Every woman I support leaves an impression on me. It is remarkable to see women reconnect with themselves step by step, despite the symptoms they experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than eleven years’ experience as a therapist, I know that change takes time, but is always possible. It is not a quick fix, but a process in which you gradually learn to feel trust<\/strong> in your own body again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I came to Lotte because I was looking for support with my lichen sclerosus. I was caught in a vicious cycle of stress<\/strong>: the stress made my symptoms worse, and the worsening symptoms caused even more stress. My programme with Lotte helped me break that pattern<\/strong>. I now feel more calm and acceptance<\/strong>, and I can respond differently to anxious thoughts. As a result, I have regained some trust in my body<\/strong> and in the future. It can still be challenging at times, but Lotte gave me very valuable tools that I can continue using myself. I really appreciated being able to look together with Lotte at where I was getting stuck and what I needed. She thought things through with me and helped me on my way, but did not do it for me. It truly felt like a journey we took together. Over the past few months, I completed a coaching programme with Lotte. Through many exercises and conversations, I learnt an enormous amount about myself and my symptoms. Among other things, I was looking for more calm in my mind and a stronger connection with my body and feelings. The combination of ACT and yin yoga was the perfect way for me to engage more physically alongside our conversations.<\/strong> I had never experienced anything like it before, and it proved very valuable to me. On my gynaecologist’s advice, I sought support for lichen sclerosus. Through my programme with Lotte, I learnt to listen much more closely to my body’s signals and take better care of myself<\/strong>. Lotte’s support felt very personal and attentive. She listens in a way that made me feel truly heard<\/strong>, and she asked questions that made me think. The combination of conversations and body-focused exercises worked very well for me. Things surfaced during our conversations that I could then feel and process in my body. That helped me let go of what I had been holding on to for a very long time<\/strong>. A truly transformative journey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After years of personal development through coaching, meditation and yoga, I was still searching for a deeper connection with myself. I had heard a great deal about the transformative power of psychedelics, but kept wondering whether it was the right step for me. It felt daunting, but I was so curious about what the experience might offer me. Naturally, I was nervous before my first psychedelic experience, but Lotte’s non-judgemental and loving guidance gave me confidence straight away.

In her welcoming garden room, surrounded by nature, I felt safe enough to begin the journey inward. Through her calm presence, I was able to surrender fully to the process. That deep sense of safety and trust opened the way to a truly magical experience, in which I was able to experience an entirely new state of consciousness. The beautiful colours and music enhanced the journey, even as I moved through deeper layers and emotions. It felt as though my senses came alive in a completely new way.

Her careful preparation and aftercare helped me process and integrate my experiences into daily life. This first encounter with psychedelics helped me feel more connected to myself and relate to my insecurities differently.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What a beautiful experience my first truffle journey was. Lotte is a natural space-holding queen, entirely in her own authentic way. It felt wonderful and gave me enormous confidence<\/strong>, because I was quite nervous. She helped me settle gently into the welcoming space. The process had already begun beforehand, with the intake, questions and setting my intention. Preparing the truffles together also gave me a chance to become acquainted with them, and left me feeling grateful and honoured. So beautiful. The session was in July and, looking back now at the end of December, I still savour the feeling it gave me and what I took from it, reconnecting with it through the GIFT card from her card deck. Staying the night is highly recommended, so you can remain in that slower rhythm in the quiet, beautiful, colourful garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few weeks ago, I had a one-to-one session with Lotte Boekhout, in which we worked with intention, Voice Dialogue, bodywork and a full dose of truffles. It was a real celebration: a gift to myself. An inner journey into this next chapter of my life, in which I sometimes struggle with what is here now \u2014 uncertainty and a lack of clarity about the path I want to follow. During the day, we worked with Voice Dialogue, among other things. My Pusher came through clearly, as did the part of me that is content and able to enjoy life, no matter what.

Lotte works with powerful tools, and Voice Dialogue was genuinely valuable to me during this one-to-one journey. It is part of what makes journeying with Lotte so unique. What makes it a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience is her attention to detail, her warm personality and the safe space she creates. This makes it easier to surrender to the process.

The integration conversation afterwards was also incredibly valuable. Reflecting on the journey together and giving it meaning brought me even more insight into the path ahead, allowing everything to settle more fully. The uncertainty and not knowing have not disappeared, but they have become easier to carry \u2014 and certainly more enjoyable, too. The experience felt both profoundly deep and light at the same time. I am very grateful to Lotte for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I recently took part in a truffle journey guided by Lotte, and it was a remarkable experience. The whole setting felt safe and warm. Lotte had paid great attention to every detail, and from beginning to end I felt completely supported.<\/strong> The preparation session was extremely valuable: we were able to discuss my intentions in detail and I learnt what to expect. My first truffle journey was with Lotte. I had no idea what I was getting into, but she guided me through it incredibly well. She made sure that I felt safe, even when my mind no longer did, and took plenty of time for everything: talking things through beforehand and afterwards, empathising and thinking alongside me.
